{Charlotte Jean} Newborn Lifestyle & Studio, Portland, OR

I first met Steph when she was probably two years old.  Her sister was my best friend when I was 4 years old.   After years of all of us living all over the place - we all finally ended up in the same area!  Such a blessing that I was able to photograph her baby boy two years ago, and then this year to capture this sweet baby girl.   Such a sweet family!

What an amazing week in California this was.   I had booked my ticket months prior to capture these photos, and was lucky enough to have a stubborn little nephew that waited for me to arrive to even make his entrance.   So not only did I get the joy of capturing newborn photos, I also was able to capture his birth photos (see the previous blog post here).  And in the midst of it, was able to spend some much needed time with all of our wonderful family.  Love my nieces and nephews!

I had the joy of meeting Stacey years ago when we started working together in Wilsonville.  She is as sweet as she is pretty!   When I had the opportunity to take Koby's senior photographs I was pretty excited.  He is such a great kid (with great taste in shoes!).  As icing on the cake, I also got to capture some beautiful photos of Marri as well.

Stacy was my best friend when I was 4 years old.   The fact that we are still in touch is pretty darn amazing, I mean how many people have you known for 25+ years.   To add to that fact, after years of both of us all over the place we now live 25 minutes apart.   Her and Garrett are the sweetest people to ever exist.   To add to the beauty of it all - we were blessed to have little's 7 months apart.   Can't believe how lucky I was to capture this sweet boy's early day's at home.

{Miss Juniper} Newborn Lifestyle Session, Portland, OR

Hunter was one of the first people I met when I moved to Portland.  We spent countless hours together working for the same marketing agency.  I first found out Maria was pregnant at my 30th birthday and I vowed to be half as cute as she was when I was pregnant.   To be able to photograph their darling Juniper was such a gift.
